Traction line

The special traction wire material has excellent flexibility and high strength, and the surface has a low coefficient of friction coating, which is convenient for passing through the PVC pipe or steel pipe and greatly improves the efficiency and quality of the cable laying operation.
According to the relevant provisions of the integrated wiring design and acceptance specification:
• Line box device should be set every 30 meters (98 feet) of straight line pipe
• When the length of the pipe section with an elbow exceeds 20m, the cable box device should be installed
• When there are 2 bends, no more than 15m should be set over the box device
Therefore, a 100-foot (30.5-m) traction cable is most suitable.
For the vertical trunk section, it should be laid down from the high level to the bottom layer. With the help of the weight of the cable, a maximum of 10 to 15 cables can be pulled at a time. After the cable is pulled out, the 30 cm line should be cut to avoid stress affecting the cable structure. The horizontal cables should be laid in a harness, away from electricity, heat, water supply, and gas pipelines to prevent them from being damaged by grinding, scraping, filing, and dragging.
When wiring in the pipeline, in order to ensure the electrical performance of the wiring and easy to operate, pay attention to the utilization of the diameter. For multi-layer shielded cables, flat cables, large logarithmic backbone cables or optical cables, the straight pipe utilization rate is 50% to 60%, and the bent pipework should be 40% to 50%; laying 4 pairs of twisted horizontal cables or 4 cores When the optical cable is used, the interface utilization of the pipeline should be 25% to 30%.
